People with greater autonomy and responsibility to achieve common goals.
Planetary Collaboration adopts a horizontal organisational structure to foster open collaboration, shared ownership, and mutual respect across all levels of engagement. By intentionally reducing hierarchy, the structure encourages diverse perspectives to be heard, empowers team members to take initiative, and promotes a culture of trust and co-creation. This approach aligns with our goal of building inclusive partnerships and driving positive impact through collective intelligence.

The Planetary Collaboration organisational structure has four components:
General Assembly: Comprises the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee, responsible for overarching governance and strategic decision-making.
Functional Support: Dedicated to activities required for daily operation.
Core Business: Develop vital work dedicated to executing the primary activities aligned with the mission and vision of Planetary Collaboration.
Financial Sustainability: Focused on attaining self-sufficiency through consistent revenue streams, reducing dependence on donations.
